My name is Annette and I’m the creator and writer of this blog. The purpose of this blog is to encourage others to draw closer to God through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
I believe that God has various gifts that He has set in the body of Christ. Some refer to these gifts as the five-fold ministry gifts, as listed in Ephesians 4:11.
And He gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
The purpose of these five ministry gifts is to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ. I, along with many others in the body of Christ, have received and answered the call of God.
The gift of God in me is manifested through dreams, visions and revelations. It is all by the power of the Holy Spirit and Him revealing the mind and will of God the Father to me, His daughter.
There are times when the revelations come to me through a word of knowledge, a word of wisdom or a discerning of spirits. At times, the revelation comes during prayer, a conversation with someone or, through a thought or an unction from the Holy Spirit. Some revelations are to be shared with others. Other revelations are to be kept between God and myself as I pray to “root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”
My prayer for everyone who reads this blog is that they will see something in here that causes them to want to seek the face of God more and more and more and more.
